Shipping usually takes about 3 days after your order is confirmed.

Return & Refund Policy　　返品・返金ポリシー

If you need to return an item, please contact kenaribrings@gmail.com

.We accept returns or exchanges if the product is in a resellable condition.

Please return items within 7 days of delivery.

If there was an error on our part or the item arrived damaged,

we will also refund the shipping costs (both delivery and return).

商品の返品が必要な場合は、kenaribrings@gmail.comまでご連絡ください。

　商品が返品可能・再販売可能な状態であれば、返金あるいは交換致します。

　返品は商品到着後７日以内に、ご返品ください。

　こちらの手違いにより間違いがあった場合、あるいは商品が破損している場合は

当社で送料（商品の発送分と返品分）の返金も致します。

日本、その他アメリカ国外からご注文お客様へ

お支払いはPaypalのみお受けしてます。

ハーブがアメリカの郵便局USPSから送付できる国であれば、対応させて頂いてます。

お支払方法はPaypalのみ（ドル払い）とさせて頂いております。

送料の大体の目安として、

アメリカ→日本は現在＄20-30

（ヤマト便国際宅急便エコサービス利用）くらいとなります。

（内容・量によって、お値段前後します）

ヤマト国際宅急便エコは、

一品目を送る際に利用したら、他のサービスより安く

お荷物が送れるサービスになります。

なので、例えばハーブティーならハーブティーのみ、のように

ご注文頂くとご利用できるサービスとなります。

（玄米カイロ＋ハーブティーは二品目となるのでこのサービスはご利用できず

他のサービスを使う必要があります）
